Q: What is your Return Policy?

A: Returns can ONLY be accepted if the item received is not as described. Returns can be requested for up to 7 days after the item is received for store credit ONLY. All item(s) must be returned in original condition and all items purchased new with tags must be returned with tags still attached and in unworn condition.

Q: How do I request a return.

A: Returns can be requested at shoes4rocky@gmail.com. Please e-mail with your order number and your reason for return, and someone will respond to you as quickly as possible. 

Returns will be analyzed on a case by case basis. Please do not send your item(s) back without reaching out to initiate a return.

Store credit will be given for the total of the item(s) minus the shipping cost, and will be issued when the return is received back in our possession.

Q: How long does it take for me to get my order?

A: Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and verification. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We cannot and will not change or intercept a package to alter the delivery. Please fill out address information as accurate as possible along with any suite/apt #'s; for reference, you can use google maps.

Q: What payment methods do you take?

A: We take most forms of payment including credit and debit card payments as well as most common payment apps like Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay & Paypal. We also accept crypto through the website as well.
